Capitalization does not matter: Cipro XR and
Cipro xr will find the same pages.
To search for a word with different endings, put * at the end. For example:
treat*
finds all pages with treat, treats, treating, or treatment (among others).
To broaden your search, use two words connected by OR. For example, searching for
safety OR efficacy will find any page that contains either one term or
the other, but not necessarily both.
To narrow your search, use two words connected by AND. For example, searching for
safety AND efficacy will find only those pages that contain both words, not just one or the other.
